14MT 2 Range
Effective against foes with Skills like triangle adept, blue tome breaker Etc
At start of turn grants -2 special cool down to green tome allies within 2 spaces
If foe initiates combat unit counterattack before foes attacks. if foe has been merged inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res -3 on foe. After combat inflicts [Bleeding shards] on foe.

Bleeding shards: Inflicts -1HP per turn on foe for the rest of battle. During combat if foe has already been inflicted with [Bleeding shards] inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res -8 on foe, nullifies bonuses to those stats and foe cannot recover HP during combat. If foe has been inflicted with [Bleeding shards] for 2 or more turn and is healed removes [Bleeding shards] from foe

I like this part, kinda works like a poison effect
