I’m debating whether which one I should use, I would have a plus 2 merge on her, and +ATK gives her more 1HKO opportunity, while +RES let’s her enable her tomes effect most of the time, which one would be better for pvp and aether raids in mind?

I’d say +res.
Like you said, it’ll activate her tome’s refine way easier.

I was looking at the refines earlier, and I think I recommend +res. Her OHKO potential is weaker than that of Mae and Ophelia (potentially even after a goad or two) and it’s only getting worse as powercreep continues. However, her support potential with sabotage, ploys, and future res-based skills to be released in the future will remain effective for longer, and her atk/spd drive will probably remain useful for a long time.

Definitely +Res for her tome. The A slot should be Fury for budget (or offense) or Fort Def/Res 3 for premium.
These two because her tome uses visible Res.
