(Example: a foe with a “reduce damage by 45%” skill would reduce damage by 23% instead.)

If unit’s HP ≤ 99%, Special cooldown count-1 at start of turn if Special triggers by attacking. If Special triggers, deals damage = damage dealt to unit (max 30 if damage dealt is greater than 10. Otherwise, deals +10 damage).When special triggers, grants special cooldown count -1 after combat.
