Charge move or Fast move priority

Hi!

Does anyone know if when a pokemon uses a charged move and the opponent uses a fast move which one has priority? I did a simulation in pvpoke between Sableye and Alolan Raichu and if the priority is for the charged one wins Raichu and if it is for the fast wins Sableye. Pvpoke must have some error because depending on whether I put 1 or 2 shields for Sableye this changes. (However, he does not get to use the 2nd shield)

Between both moves, fast have priority.

It’s also the situation (at least, on Android so far as I can tell) that if you tap for a charged move whilst you’re still executing a fast move, you’ll follow up with a fast move instead of a charged move. You’ll have to wait until the fast move animation has ended to hit the charged move. It can make for some very nervy fights.

I lost many battles because my Galvantula do extra VS instead of Discharge…
