I’d love to join but don’t have a single armour I use who meets your conditions. Even 5 year old, +Def +3 Winter Tharja is up at 22 speed.

Got some lying about gathering dust that do so picture a +Atk -HP F!Rhea, +Atk -Res Dedue and some other chaff.

25 Spd puts one of my used armours in range.

I know, a bladetome in this day and age but it still works. If I could merge her I would and then go Arcane Eclipse.

And if the cap increased another 5...

Would love it if my daughter gets a HoF rerun for another merge and updated skills.

Surprised that V!Lissa and Effie would still be too fast at 31 and 32 speed.

I know it sounds oxhymoronic, but the speed contributes to the chonkiness by activating wyvern flight

With all the conditions active the enemy gets -11 atk, arcane lance gives +5 def so it’s effectively +15 def and res

He meets all the criteria at least
