With Takasugi being released, I just realized that we are only missing 1 more person to complete the Fairy Tail gang. Lol. Though I doubt Aya Hirano would touch FGO.

That said, do you guys have any VAs you want to voice in Fateverse or FGO?

Mine would be.

  1. Kana Hanazawa - would defintely roll for her
  2. Ayachi - Gotta complete the Quints
  3. Maaya Uchida - I want a solo unit of her. This is likely if we ever get Prelati as a servant. LOL

I’m probably forgetting some more but those 3 are my top wants right now.

I’m pretty sure all my favourites are already in FGO. The big famous names of old that I like are largely all in there, and for my niche picks, Ueda Reina got Gray and Omigawa Chiaki was Bunyan…
So I’ll pick some live-action actors, Kiyohara Kaya and Hamabe Minami.

Hamabe is on the deeper end of cutesie voices. She does a good job alternating between soft and powerful tones while holding onto the same overall voice type, so I think she’d suit a shy or reclusive servant that demands a strong presence at times.

Kiyohara has a breathy voice that has a sort of voice break effect at the end of sentences or at higher pitches, which sounds great. In a high-energy role, you get that effect a lot, so a servant with an energetic personality but a weak constitution would work well.

Houko Kuwashima was actually said to be the OG Mordred way back in 2006. Kinda wish they brought her back for something.

Oh yeah, I remember that part. Mordred was actually voiced in FSN. Didn’t realize it was changed though until now.

I guess, they changed it cause Sawashiro was really famous around FGO time?

My blind guess is that Sawashiro was more able to sign on long-term. From the little bit I hear about the anime industry, contracts are very complicated. VAs with existing contracts would have to ration their commitments, so they can’t get involved in too many franchises at once. Maybe that’s why? Don’t actually know. I’m actually surprised Sakura Tange was as involved as she was.

I would absolutely roll if Umehara Yuuichiro voiced a new servant. And I’ve also got my a lot of my other faves already in game like Chiron (Takeuchi Shunsuke) and Dioscuri (Uchida Yuuma) and the plethora of Miyano Mamoru characters, to name a few.

I will also be rolling for Constantine when he comes out just because of Kamio Shinichiro.

My faves are already in the game, but I would really like a playable servant voiced by Sugita Tomokazu (not necessarily Goetia/Salomon tho)

I would love to hear Asami Sanada’s voice in FGO. She could be the voice of a wide array of characters, but I am biased: I love Kurumi from Date a Live, and I want her to voice the same kind of character!

I don’t kvow if it’s Asami Sanada or a fan of hers that voiced this, but I love listening to this :

I found out that she is the Voice of Rani VIII in Fate/Extra (The girl on the Child of Atlas CE), so it’s definitely possible!

I want Kaji Yuki (Va of Eren, Meliodas, Yukine ), Matsuoka Yoshitsugu (Va of Kirito, Bell, Inosuke) and Kobyashi Yuuske (Va of Subaru, Senku) to voice servants. Yoshitsugu since I want to reunite Eugeo (voiced by Shimazaki Nobunaga (Va of Arjuna, Dantes) and Kirito. For Yuusuke, it’ll be nice if the Va of Subaru joins Emilia’s Va (voice of Mash) in Fgo. I know that Yoshitsugu is already involved in the fate series through voicing Flat Escardos and Yuusuke voices Caules.

Would love to have Touma Yumi do voice work for FGO, but she seems to have dialed back a bit on the video game projects in recent years. I was so sad when she stopped voicing Ivy in the Soul Calibur series, though her replacement being Mordred was one of the better possible outcomes.

This is off-topic, but I wish that child of Atlas was all ATK. It would be perfect to put on Foreigners in every scenario in that case.

Back on topic, here’s a few I’d be happy to hear in-game:

  1. Hiroki Takahashi - voice of Emet-Selch from FFXIV, Ryu from Street Fighter, and Katsuya Jonouchi (Joey) from Yu-gi-Oh!
  2. Ai Kayano - voice of Y’Shtola from FFXIV and Noel in Tsukihime and Melty Blood.
  3. Fairouz Ai Kadota - voice of Jolyne Cujoh from JJBA: Stone Ocean
  4. Daisuke Ono - He already voices Add, but I want him to get his own servant, rather than be tacked into Gray. Some of his roles include Jotaro Cujoh from JJBA, Erwin Smith from Attack on Titan, and his most critically-acclaimed role of all, Silver the Hedgehog. :fgo_bblaugh:

Personally, I’d like to see some more Higurashi cast in FGO. I really dig characterizations of Jason (Souichirou Hoshi) and Himiko (Yukari Tamura), since they really feel as if creators wanted them to reference Keiichi and Rika respectively.

Mai Nakahara has already appeared as Reika in Apocrypha, but still no sight of Satsuki Yoshino or Mika Kanai anywhere in the franchise.

Thank you for letting me know! I don’t have her and the VA site I was using didn’t have any FGO roles in her list of roles, so I wasn’t aware. That probably explains why I like Murasaki’s voice so much. I’ll have to roll for her at some point!

On a side note, if anyone here was on the fence about trying Octopath Traveler 2, the main cast has at least three FGO VAs in it. You can have First Hassan, Kiara, and Proto Cu in your party if you want :fgo_alterawiggle:
