Erinys rein will go to?

I got an Erinys with +hp -res, she is another lance flier, her lance is only good on player hands, i know it grants extra atk/spd on certain conditions and can become a 16mt brave lance when she has a suport partner close. But the thing is that i have many lance fliers as projects: Valter, Heath, Cormag, Tana, Altena and maybe Gale.
My Heath has this build:

I swap Iote shield with him and B!Claude.
So my question is Should i fodder Erinys to him or to another lance flier, is atk smoke good or the rein is superior and makes the build better?

If you really like Heath you could fodder Erinys, but Atk smoke works just fine on budget, also Erinys is really good as a lancer. She has the rare B Duel Flying 4 but if you don’t care about that skill just inherit Atk/Def rein and harsh command +.

I dont like arena skills im not fan of the mode, so i only look at the rein as the only valuable skill she has.
