Players deciding their own stats already makes this tournament complicated enough (I also suggest a max and min for all stats). However letting us create custom skills will result in utter chaos. I would advice against that.
Actually how are the battles going to be done anyways if it’s not duel sim?
watch me use the forbidden magic

@E1337gard for some stuff I may not be able to use Artic Fox as it should be used, so I’ll try and work it out by myself.
Yeah. As fun as it could be stuff could easily get out of hand. For example:
Shulk: Monoado’s Heir
Weapon: Monodao: Effective vs armor. Unit can counter attack regardless of range. 16 MT
Assist: Future Vision
Special: Monoado Buster: Boost atk by 50%. 3 CD.
A: Monoado Shield: Reduces damage taken by offensive specials by 50%.
B: Monoado Eater: Nullifies bonuses on enemy during combat.
C: Monoado Enchant: At start of turn grants +4 atk/spd/def/res to allies within 2 spaces.
To be honest this is fairly tame compared to some stuff I could think of.
Bro. That’s a sin. Call it Devil Axe and if you proc a special you die.
Proceeds to not use any sort of special
can I use Embla’s Ward? it’s not broken trust me
You spelt Monado wrong every time
Bartre’s weapon should have been called Devil Axe, change my mind
It was written a long time ago. I’m better now
I could try and edit some of that, but by itself the Prf seems reasonable, along the A skill. Maybe the C is just kinda better Mercurius (so I’d edit it a lil’ bit) and the B I’d probably give it an extra requirement. It could be kinda legal tho.
That would be an amazing weapon idea. Only works if you have a special, if you proc the special you take the damage yourself.
Perfect. Gotta sleep, be back tomorrow :^)
Embla’s Ward but all damage you deal is 0 too
Well it only buffs allies, not Shulk. Also lowkey flex but I came up with this well before Astram was added.
You didn’t sign me up.
You’re in now
So, spec tactics without tactics, right?
I mean I have hypothetical kits for the main casts of both Xenoblade 1 and 2. Although Shulk’s is easily the most complicated. The rest are fairly straightforward. No crazy custom skills like him. In fact compared to a lot of units we get today they’re fairly tame.
