oh well, saphir has been probably the most interesting character for me out of the whole game, let alone the female characters, and surprisingly alear isn’t that terrible of a main character. Etie is one note, but i do genuinely like her character far more than most of the others, so she gets a pick too

jade was almost someone i liked, but the fact they had to make each character super quirky kinda annoyed me

her whole thing about meditating in the middle of a snowy battlefield screamed “haha look how random this character is lol”

I didn’t read it like that for the short time that I did have her, she seemed like someone very in her own head/peace of mind

Like how she narrates every single thing she does

thats fair, again, she has qualities that i did like

but most of these characters take one thing and make it their entire personality in fairly annoying ways, so i can’t in good faith actually enjoy most of them personally
