Help need advice on mewtwos <(O.O)>

So i have a 3 star 15 10 15 psystrike mewtwo and a shiny getting traded to me that will prob end up 1 or 2 stars with lower stats which should i invest in??? I only have enough resources to power up one.

I would work with the one you have, and see if your friend can wait until you go ‘Lucky Friends’ before you trade, and by then you may have more resources for a second.

If waiting is not an option, then I would make the trade before deciding in hopes it goes well.
