I don’t see why they want all that info. Just their Friend code should be enough.
People want to send friend requests, what can I say 
Pokemon Go friend requests are probably the most common ones that are posted in the wrong area.
I do feel like this thread is a bit mean though, but maybe that’s just me :catroll:

PoGo is definitely the one area that has misplaced codes the most, then being followed by Wizards Unite for still not getting the concept of keeping it all in one thread. To keep it clean, we merge the topics, lock them, then unlist them. It makes the original thread a little bit messier, but as far as I know of we can’t change that unless we wanted to remove the message all together.
It is kinda mean, but to each their own.

It still startles me how many people find their way to mistakenly posting to the Lounge.
If I come to the community site through a game site, I always get redirected to that game’s sub-forum. How do these people find their way to the Lounge? I am so confused.

Exactly. Most of the time I tell the poster that they have the wrong sub-forum and ask if they want me to move their topic. Typical posters in their game will never find it there. They often just don’t respond though.

Also, someone posted a friend code under the “News”, and it really bothered me with how much they were trying to sell themselves. They said they were “stunningly attractive” or something like that.
