I can’t upload images to gamepress help

My problem is as follows

Midway through last November I lost the ability to change my profile picture (hence why it’s stayed a volcorona and I didn’t change for a festive Christmas one) whenever I try to change it always stuck at 0% uploading

Near the beginning of December while writing up my massively incorrect attempt at guessing what feh book 6’ll be like I tried to upload an image to it but it got stuck on processing and never got past it even after around half an hour of waiting

In both cases I assumed it might’ve been some sort of glitch that’ll get fixed in a few days but I am unable to others seem upload without issue

In an attempt to fix this I’ve tried:
Closing the tab and reopening it
Logging out and logging back in to my account
And I thought maybe this has something to do with me having a frak tone of tabs open so I closed most of them

Obviously since I’m making this post none of them worked so if you have encountered this issue yourself and/or have any advice in resolving it please do share I miss posting memes and my latest +10 heroes

Maybe it has to do with the theme or the interface, have you tried messing around with the preferences and configuration of your account.

Can you provide more information on what you’re using? Browser, phone/PC?

Have you tried using a different browser or device?

My browser is safari on an ipad

And I haven’t tried that yet but will now

Yeah first thing I’d try is download a different browser app (eg chrome or Firefox) and see if it works okay there
If it does, it’s probably a safari issue

Oh I know what this is, It happened to my mom too, safari just didnt loaded captchas anymore I think is part of Apple scummy tactics of fast obsolescence.
Try using other browser.

That’s actually a good point while trying to download chrome it said I need to update my iPad and when I checked the version it said 13 something meanwhile this message is being typed from an iPod that’s 14 something that does seem to be capable of uploading this random image I have saved

Ok I’m on Firefox on my iPad and this doesn’t work so given the information so far I’m afraid this means The issue has to do with software version somehow Unfortunately

Is the iPad the latest software version? I’m not great when it comes to iOS but from experience apps and stuff can get really finnicky if it’s not constantly up to date

No it’s rather behind (15 is the latest) I just never update because my mum said it makes things run slower though I may in the future if I have to but for now I just made shared album between both the pod and pad

So you updated it and it allowed you to download another browser?

No I switched to using the iPod for image uploading I may update in the future but for now I’d rather not
