I keep getting Selkies out of the blue, and I’m especially liking some of these “cavalry” Laguz (like NY Lethe). They have interesting properties, like being among the very few Cavalry units with access to DR as well as +7 True Damage.
They look very similar, honestly. Normal Selkie might be potentially more bulky, but then newer Selkie can do damage reduction and stuff.

Tbh to this day I’m still not sure if this is a good idea vs. 11k of feathers. And no, i did not intentionally pull for her
The only problem with it is that her weapon only takes effect against foes with melee (and transform effect outside of the +2 Atk only takes effect on PP) so the only units you’d be able to get the full effect from the build are against Dragons, I just went full on melee focus for her… tho I do have DC on her also
