The oberon banner is supposed to drop around this time next week. This week was only castoria and da vinci rate ups

Because the buff is so small and insignificant. Basically everyone wanted her NP buffed so it was less potato, but her kit is still so underwhelming in 2022. 2 teamwide buffs and a skill that really wants star absorb.
