SEASONAL REFINE POG. Well, at least seasonals with PRFs. Hopefully we see this on the PRFless ones too like old spring, bridal, etc.
Just like to note that we have 5 refines, so I think that may mean they increased it a little just to fit H!Nowi? Hopefully that means they’re willing to open up more space for refines
It’s odd that H.Nowi is the first to get the refine tho, sure her weapon isn’t that great… but so are a bunch of seasonal’s before her

You’re right but she’s a refresher though and refreshers don’t get refines 
Aight if special heroes can get refines legendary/mythic heroes ard basically much confirmed to get some too and might happen sooner than I thought
Also it’s funny people waited forever for Nowi refine so now we got 2 Nowi refines in less than a year
