This one is for both wildcard leaders. I honestly don’t know which is better between plowing through kits one at a time or trying to level them up simultaneously. Almost every kit, with 3 or so exceptions, benefits from the R1 skill of their group, though some benefit more than others. Meanwhile, upgrading a Persona is a extreme leap in power, but it’s just one person. Due to the Baton Pass mechanic and the still unknown Shadow Operatives mechanic, this round heavily relies on teamwork, and it might be even better than a kit upgrade.
