Shaymin moveset update

Any hope of Shaymin getting a moveset update and finally getting a decent fastmove? And exactly how good would it have to be to make it relevant in either PvE or PvP?

Magical Leaf is enough for Shaymin-Sky in PvE, better than the top shadow grass attackers.
