Of course it is. The black Luna spam is the best for him. Alter so many experiments i decided to go for this, definitely. Sometimes is just sad that you can’t create something new, but just follow meta. Anyways, i wanna know from you guys what will be the best on the seal:

Phantom speed( i don’t know, Maybe for outrun speedy units?)

Deflect magic( for protect him from speedy mages or double “obligated” units( Reinhardt don’t hide yourself, i see you)
