What the title says.
I free pulled a -atk +spd Annette on my alt account. I know she’s an amazing support, so her base kit is mostly what I’ll use, but I don’t know what to put in A slot.
Best answer I have so far is fury, since she uses all her stats, but I would like more suggestions.
Attack +3 to cover her bane

Her A slot depends on how you want to use her. If she’s gonna be Rallying every turn, Fury or a Stance will do (I use Steady Posture because I have more Theas than I will ever need)
More offensive variants can use Life and Death
Already have it built in in her weapon 
I run fury on mine as well. She got well balanced stats so she puts all of it to good use. If your using her as a support then most of the time she won’t be involved in combat anyway, so you won’t have to worry much about recoil damage. Just bulks her up for that one combat or so she might be needed for
I use Fortress Def/Res 3 which certainly works for being an all-round tank. Maybe not with a -Atk bane though…
