You can’t get the rewards as soon as the season ends, it takes a bit. Dunno how long specifically though.

My rewards usually roll in around 15 minutes to half an hour afterward
Haven’t really timed it but I’m curious so I might next week (this means I have to play Arena Assault, UGH)

The time seems to vary based on mode.
Arena rewards seem to take the longest in my experience, typically taking 20-30 minutes to pop up after the season ends. Arena Assault, AR, and Allegiance Battle rewards take about 15 minutes or so.
