The same thing, yes.

If you use consume fewer speed counters to summon, you have more remaining in your pool.

Alternatively, we could coordinate, and I could allow you to synchro with a smaller pool because of the discount, but that would require declaring the action openly for maf to see.

I’m not gonna lie, I think it’s busted that the mafia had 100 damage to each townie, dealt 200 x the level of a synchro summoned monster, and had the earthbound immortals
